9 Ways To Grow Your Business With Red Digital

Have you ever struggled to grow your practice and fill your schedule with qualified appointments?

Unfortunately, typical medical practice businesses struggle to get consistent patient flow and spend thousands on marketing companies who do not get the results they promise. It’s a big disappointment, so we decided to create 9 ways to grow your business and build your practice to start seeing a big increase in revenue.

Here is how RED’s medical clients are shaking things up and hitting record numbers.

9 Ways A Busy Medical Practice Owner Can Grow Their Business Without Breaking The Bank

1. It’s not a lead…unless it has this.

When you are running Facebook, Google, or YouTube ads, you need to collect a lot more information than just a name, email, and phone number. Your leads should be more like a quality of life survey. You need to ask a lot more questions and have them spend time filling out a quality of life survey. That’s a true lead that has potential to become a paying customer.

2. Facebook and Google is a good place to start.

If you are just starting out do the following:
  • Create a Google My Business profile
  • Submit your website to Google
  • Create and run Google Ads in your area
  • Create Facebook ad campaigns By doing these 4 things you can start generating leads within 1 or 2 days.
  • 3. A quality scheduler can make all the difference.

We have watched good clinics struggle because they assigned a front desk person as the scheduler for the new leads. This rarely works. The most successful clinics have a dedicated scheduler that works on his or her craft. If you quality leads, but no appointments, you have a scheduling problem, not a lead problem. RED will provide this service if you need it.

    4. All traffic should be sent here…

We see a lot of business make this mistake. They spend thousands on a website and allow a marketing company to send traffic to a different platform or landing page. A website is an asset. All traffic needs to be sent to landing pages and blogs on your own website, not someone else’s. More traffic can lead to more patients.

    6. Don’t quit too soon

A prospective client can take multiple touches before they decide to set up an appointment. 20 touches is a good number to shoot for. You can do this by:

    • Running a remarketing campaign
    • Sending Text Messages
    • Building an email followup sequence
    • Calling to checkup on their problem
    • Sending them educational content
    • Creating videos to show them what you do

    Establish yourself as the expert.

    7. Be yourself and show people who you are…

Stock photos and videos are not near as effective as a photo or video of your office. Show them your office. Shoot videos showing them what you do and how you do it. It will not be perfect, but it works and will lower your cost per lead. We have see lead cost go from $25 to $2. Just be you and show people how you can help them.

    8. Are you a Marketer or a Doctor?…

A lot of Doctors love marketing and have skills to run their own marketing, but most do not. You will need to decide. If you decide to outsource your marketing, beware of shady marketing companies. 90% of them will take your money and will not produce the necessary resutls. Learn enought about marketing so you can tell if you are getting what you paid for. Hold them accountable to what they have promised.

    8. Adapt when things change. Keep testing.

Chang is the one thing we can all count on. What works today may not work tomorrow. Always be testing and looking for new way to generate leads. The more avenues you have the safer your practice will be.
